Breaking: I have stepped out of my Scandal bubble (and all things Olivia Pope) to take a short and sweet trip to the city for one memorable Paris-themed bridal shower. So much instagram so little time.
2014 feels vaguely familiar. I keep up with Lena on Girls, enjoy very little of her 20 minute segments, and then watch another, religiously. I have no idea how I find time for the balcony outside our room, but I do, and it is great.
Oh hi, can't stay, busy talking my sister's ear off at the Starbucks on the corner of 3rd and 43rd. Arms sore from playing monkey bars on the metal frame captured in photos below - not my finest moments so they've been left out of this post. Kay bye now.
Sitting under the covers over chocolate colored sheets (very appropriate for this mattress that simulates sinking mud,) feels worlds apart from the state of my frozen toes just days prior outside of a train station bolted shut, awaiting a delayed train, all in the middle of a turbulent snow storm. Good thing I had two friends that were like mini heaters when squeezed.
Now for the things that made me a better woman this November/December.
